Investigating -
Our cloud provider, Google Cloud, is currently experiencing a broad system outage that we are actively monitoring.
At this time, the impact is limited to a small percentage of messages that are not being reclassified by our AI Assistant. These responses are instead going through the standard classification process, and any messages that remain unclassified will appear in the Needs Review queue.
We will continue to monitor the situation closely and provide updates as the environment changes.
